We do accept return products, if they have been pre-authorized.
If the product(s) have not been used, we do exchange items at no cost.
If they are being returned for a refund, we refund the full amount less shipping and handling and 10% restocking fee.
Any item that is defective from the manufacturer, will be exchanged with the exact model if available.
We will contact the manufacturer for all items that are defective during the warranty period.
